They turned my Boomtown 2023 from a “this is fine” festival into a “I’m so happy” festival. Might go see them again in Manc in Nov

Confidence Man,  looking and sounding great. Crowd seems to be loving it.

There is no better place to be in the world than in that Confidence Man crowd. Absolutely smashing this.

Yep - FOMO has well and truly kicked in now with this performance. Superb. Such a great band, a real crowd pleaser whether you know their songs or not. Their stage presence is just fantastic. 
This set will take some beating over the whole weekend!

Still having to work this afternoon but have caught bits of Olivia Dean, Barry Can't Swim and now watching Confidence Man (almost) live - FOMO definitely starting. 

 

Odd as I thought this year, not being especially fussed with the lineup, and not even having had my traditional "packing dream", I thought I'd be a bit more "meh" this year. But here I am, sitting there with Twitter, Clashfinder, Glasto liveblog and efests on one screen with iPlayer on the other. Who am I kidding?

Ah man, alongside the iPlayer sets, seeing stuff like this tweet really makes me miss the "oh my god, look what we stumbled into!" bits of Glasto...

Wasnt aware of Confidence Man before this afternoon, but thats the first set of the day where im gutted im not there, and one of the good things about watching from home, is i probably wouldnt have seen them had i been there

Same here - I was quite happy with taking this year off after the lineups were released, but am now feeling quite spoiled for choice for what to watch next on iPlayer!

 

No FOMO here though - I made the right decision not going, and now that my back problems seem to have buggered off, I’ll be trying for a ticket again for 2025. This is what a performance like Con Man does to a man

I'm taking comfort from the fact that all the sets I'd have been really excited about (Barry, confidence man and LCD) are all today so the jealousy levels should be at their peak today.

Glad I bought tickets to see Confidence Man this morning. Suspect their tour will set out in a hurry off the back of that performance.
