Looking at the list of winners and not one of those acts went anywhere.    Haim headlined R1 stage and has 1 song people know they did but barely remembers the tune.   Sam Smith just can't seem to catch a break no matter how culturally relevant he tries to play.   Years and Years last headline performance was Solihull festival where they went alongside an ABBA tribute band.   Jack Garratt 2 albums did nothing, singles never sold. Vanished.   Ray Blk, debut album, not a single song charted at all. Never heard again.   Sigrid had a good start, but since 2019 every song and album has had worse and worse and worse performances.   Octavian, first album hit 98 in the album chart. Second album didn't chart. 3 singles and 1 peaked at 37. Vanished.   Celeste, album hit number 1 but didn't make Platinum. Only 3 singles even charted at the giddying height of 47.   Pa Saliu, Florence, Last Dinner Party, Pinkpantheress it's early in their career to see if they've had the death knell curse hit them.

Why would it do that? 

Does the cheese have to say Glastonbury competition on it to enter ? I bought a few blocks of cheese today and scanned my coop membership  but none says Glastonbury competition just Glastonbury cheese 🤔

I was expecting at least one of these. I get there is money 18 announced so far but for the first bunch announcement that was a lame. Ken though has suggested the Green Day to have certain additions and even though Simple Minds are subbing them at IOW, IOW have very weak subs by some standards. They had Keane and The Streets subbing and that's not happening at any other major festival. Keane played 4th down at Glastonbury for example the same year but then the headliner thag day at IOW wouldn't headline Glastonbury. It's a festival that can afford to get one huge headliner now but is majorly stripped back and that's what's kept it going. Days are gone since they had probably the strongest top line back in 2015 than any festival over here has seen since then potentially.   Biffy Clyro would be the one I'd not expect so much as they aren't really that much of a deal in Belgium but there is also nothing currently ruling them out.   I'd definitely not expect anyone than those two. I think Raye is a barn headliner.
