Nope. It's never happened so far as I can see. I was going to make a thread about this phenomenon - might still do. I can't find any example of an act that has either headlined Other or subbed the Pyramid and then subsequently gone on the the top slot. The other way has happened occasionally, but never upwards. It seems to be a cursed glass ceiling that artists would do well to be aware of if they have aspirations for that top line.

Does she actually have enough material to fill an Other headline slot? I think her status warrants a Pyramid slot, but the fact she's only got the one album to draw from suggests 2nd or 3rd billing to me.

Just had a spot of practice for ticket day! Booked my Sainsbury's Christmas delivery shop, system crashed but all good after 15 minutes of F5! 😂 -

Don't think they'll be back in Europe this year. For a deep heavy metal fan that's probably sound. -

The difference is with a lot of this though you are attending a gig completely inside and in the dry. You could be watching every band at this while its raining for example. I was at y not and while I enjoyed it, it wasn't great weather and yes I'd have enjoyed it more at times inside and yes I'd have paid more to see it inside dry. You don't just get festivals seen as cheaper for no reasons but you do compromise on sets.
