I would take a chance on seeing him again for old times sake! 😂 At the old speedway track? Wow. That place was legendary. And of course, ole Rod was arguably at his peak in the late 70s too. CantWaitForGlasto22
Just posted this on another thread too but Justin Timberlake is headlining Isle of Wight then Dublin 28 June and Chelmsford 4 July. Clear GSH. Could be do a Legend slot? Genuinely not sure.

No idea if he backs up much, and I'd have also assumed potentially too recent, too pricey and too controversial, though we've had plenty of those - to get the nod. NorthernSoul52
There would surely be a small protest against him, but much easier to do that with your feet and see something else.

Dukey
Any chance of Robbie Williams doing this? (Apologies if it’s been mentioned and ruled out already)

Someoni
I'm sure he has the Sunday free but is sandwiched on either side with dates in Germany if I remember rightly

NorthernSoul52
That, and the DUI was a hit to a reputation already savaged by the Britney Spears allegations. Plenty of people have gone off him, though plenty will stick the road.
NorthernSoul52
One that probably hasn't improved in standing to sufficiently warrant the spot since he last played mid-Saturday afternoon in 2010, but Jackson Browne due a return for me. Saw him in Sydney last year, and he still has the juice.

Ended up buying the morning of, and had a wonderful evening at the Super Theatre. For those who find themselves in Sydney, I'd recommend the Super Theatre as a venue by the way - similar to Leeds's First Direct Arena in its bowl configuration, but a little smaller with a nicer slope to it.
