Judging by his most recent setlists, he is mainly interested in playing other people’s party tunes. Which tbf is the only way you might convince me to go to see him.

Only reason I've relayed it is that it's come from the same place that all the other info I've shared on here comes from - people I trust implicitly for a number of reasons.

 

It actually came at the same time as the 1975 info but, like some, this one took me by surprise a bit. I followed up last night, before sharing, and the info was very much the same.

 

As ever, if I'm wrong - I'll hold my hands up. I have no reason to doubt it right now and if at any point I do - I'll say.

I agree that he has plenty of tunes, but I suffered through his headline set in 2002 and the sound was terrible. Not bothered if he plays, but I would be somewhere else.
