dotdash79
It will be the ticket resale for the tickets that have been cancelled.
NorthernSoul52
That seems most likely. Weren't those ten nights at Wembley for Coldplay anywho?
dotdash79
I think there was 2 blocks of around 10 Oasis have done 8, Coldplay 10, Dua 2 and linkedin Park(ask me about b2b sales)
charlierc
Guess it's something other than yesterday's announcement of dates in South Korea and Japan: Oasis announce South Korean and Japan dates for their 2025 reunion tour

lendan
Expecting either more dates on the tour or new music. Hoping it’s them announcing they’re headlining glasto!

Alvoram
Is there evidence any tickets have actually been cancelled?
Olshansky
tbh I think it's incredibly strange that they aren't playing glasto. And why go through all the trouble to immediately say they aren't? the boys love that festival as much as we do. Liam's quote in the glastonbury book is proof of that. Until the festival is over and it doesnt happen in some form, I'm convinced that they're playing. 1

To be away for 20 years and come back to headline the biggest festival in the world scratches that ego big time.
efcfanwirral
It wouldn't be a Glastonbury announcement on Radio X

Maybe in May/June they'll be doing theatre concerts as a warm-up or something.
StuwieG
Maybe finally a sit down interview with the two of them? I could see Radio x getting that. They both seem to like Chris Moyles for some reason, and Noel is mates with Gordon Smart (is he still on radio x?)
Ryan1984
Radio X seems a bit small for a new music announcement? Interview with both with Moyles or a warm up show/session/lineup announcement more likely?
NorthernSoul52
Lineup announcement, perhaps? Radio X seems like the place to say Bonehead is in the mix.

The reunion is all about them, they aren't going to share their first comeback gig with a festival. They will be back at Glastonbury, just not next year.
northernangel
If they play Glasto then 2027/28 is the year to look , if they last to 28. My hunch and it is a hunch is that Glastonbury got moved from an expected fallow in 27 to 26 in the knowledge of Oasis being free. A year falling with The Cure, Oasis, Radiohead would be absolutely no surprise and I can't see many being pissed about it. The Cure at the one I'd be most confident about. Chapple12345
Whats the chances it's just a tickets competition or something? I imagine they'll hype it up as much as they can beforehand
