I don't say the tour won't happen,  but  it is still just rumours and nothing official

And Nit (the source of the news is Portugal) is not the most reliable one, about music

Saw that afterwards.  

However it is still not official, but it seems it will be tomorrow.  since  Ritmos & Blues/Live Nation  will make a big announcement
