Latitude 2025

I wish they'd just do a proper announcement than drip feed names over a few months, still as you say Elbow seem pretry likely from that hint

Wet Leg and The Last Dinner Party have had some further announcements at other festivals so could definitely see them popping up

I'm very intrigued to see who's there

Elbow is a nice little addition, I'm guessing it means they're playing before Snow Patrol

Are we thinking MS and PSB are tent headliners? They seem like the right sort of act for the slots

Expand

Yeah looks like Elbow before Snow Patrol sunday.

From the formatting, my guess would be Maribou State are the only once announced so far to be headlining the tent (makes most sense to me that'd be on Sunday opposite Snow Patrol) ... perhaps Clean Bandit second in tent, maybe same day and before Maribou State.

PSB I'd imagine early evening in the tent and Sigrid around 3rd/4th on Obelisk.

Yeah this sounds about right

Clean Bandit confirmed themselves for the Saturday evening on the Obelisk so we currently have:

Friday - Sting and Basement Jaxx

Saturday- FBS and Clean Bandit

Sunday- Snow Patrol and Elbow

I'd imagine Sigrid will be there too as you say and then MS and PSB playing the tent

I'd imagine we may get a few extra names before Christmas and then their usual big announcement in the new year

Hopefully we get some more names... this is what we had pre-christmas last year before the late Jan full announcement... There's a few more names that had been given last year so maybe we are in for a few others but we aren't in too dissimilar a position.

With today's announcements of Elbow and Public Service Broadcasting, I was tempted to book Latitude, which I really liked during my one visit in 2017. But ultimately it was just too expensive, especially since I'm coming from abroad and would need to book one of those Pink Moon pre-erected tents. Ultimately it would end up being over £600 for the festival and tent lodging, and so I just booked Tramlines, which was around £230 for my ticket and 3 nights hostel lodging.

I'd love to see Blossoms added to this list. Don't know if that's realistic but fingers crossed.

I *think* they'd probably have announced them by now, but they often have a tendency to randomly add better acts in the later announcements so I wouldn't rule it out

The first comedy names are being released tomorrow, no mention of anything music related being announced too but you never know

I'd imagine they'll just do a bigger reveal in January though for all that side of things

Anyone know when we can expect more music names to be announced? Have to say as a group we are extremely underwhelmed by the headliners and undercard so far (PSB aside). Compared to the likes of Bearded Theory and Victorious (both are which are considerably cheaper) Latitude looks weak AF. Need some big names adding ASAP or they'll surely struggle to shift tickets (and I'll be working on our group to consider an alternative festival)!

It'll probably be near the end of the month, they usually have announcements end of January/start of February time but they seems to be doing smaller announcements every few weeks now so it's possible it could be sooner

We've got a Camper van ticket for sale if anyones interested - sell at face value. We're still going but rest of family group going also so we're camping in with them in Family Camping so won't need our camper van ticket. Let me know if interested and we can go from there.

We're well due for a line up update soon. I've come up with the following, based on acts that have been predicted to play by others, have played Latitude before, are touring, playing similar sized festivals in 2025 or promoting new material, that might 'fit' in with the Latitude demographic. I'm personally hoping to see Wet Leg, Michael Kiwanuka, English Teacher, BC Camplight, Bodega and Amyl and the Sniffers join the line up. I suspect We'll more likely get Jools Holland, Alison Moyet and the Lightning Seeds.

Nice work!

There's a few on there I'd say we can scratch off (Orbital, The Darkness, Reverend and the Makers, Big Special and English Teacher for example played last year) but certainly can see a few of those making the line-up.

There's a 'More coming soon' post on the socials today so I'm sure we'll find out in the next week or so!

Some good shouts here! I'm trying to work on a rough prediction for each day so thank you for breaking down who's free when too - Self Esteem is headlining EOTR and has played the festival before so I could see her as a tent headliner maybe?

Michael Kiwanuka and Wet Leg could be good Obelisk subs for one of the days

I'd noticed this too, they only normally do this when it's a week or 2 before the announcement. My guess is maybe a reveal on Thursday/Friday and then day tickets on sale from Monday?
