Toilet situation

Am I the only one who thinks the toilet situation at Kendal is a joke? Worst I’ve seen at any festival hardly cleaned and massive queues in the arena, men and women just pissing up the wall near the main stage

I noticed that last year too, all those people pissing next to the main stage, just by the Water Point (!), and I thought that would be a sign to the organizers that they needed to put a few urinals nearby. Apparently they didn't get the hint!

 

I think they might have a sufficient overall number of toilets, but they're just poorly placed, not close enough to the high-traffic areas where people are spending most of their day at Kendal.

I agree - More urinals at all festivals would make thibgs loads better tbh. Are they difficult to source or something? I woulda thought they'd be more economical.

I think if people were willing to queue it'd be fine, that said at any festival I go to I see people pissing against fences with pretty much empty urinal blocks so I think some just refuse to use them 

 

I can sometimes go twice by the time my girlfriend has queued for the main toilets, yet I still have to wait before going back to the music. Id prefer they put some more proper toilets in

Maybe so. I think a lot of guys go into proper toilets to do stand-uppy pisses though. Which doesn't work at the best of times, never mind when they're drunk

Yeah this is true, though we can't  always assume, a lot of beer and or cider over days means more cubicle trips are needed than usual for guys!!
