Based on one of the follow up posts, it would appear that a mobile device on mobile data is scored lower than a different device tethered to it. Won’t begin to suggest I have any idea how the ranking works, just going to stick with that (which is a pain as last year the only device that got close was my laptop tethered to 5g and was how I got the tickets…hard enough to get all the info in with a proper keyboard while shaking, don’t want to think about what it would be like in a phone, but hopefully will get to find out!)…

Yes....the lower the better.... although there's little to confirm that a very low score will actually see you awarded a better queue position. Given that it's not long to drive or get a train between both, personally I'd keep in a 6 and go for whichever city is still available if you're lucky enough to get a buy screen. Keeps it simple and you only need one transaction.

CantWaitForGlasto22
Does anyone know what % of tickets are through coach sale vs normal sale? We can’t get coach tickets (babysitting logistics!) but wondering if time for tickets to sell out will be similar for both sales? Guess % non coach tickets hasn’t changed this year but really just wondering with new system if it will still be all over within 30 mins or if we need to brace ourselves for a full Sunday of waiting in a queue, like what happened for Oasis. Short question is can I take my son to his football game late morning 🤨 😂

They announced it as "over 22,000" in the coach sale for 2024. So would imagine it's similar again this time out. As of the most recent licence change, the total is 142,000 regular tickets on sale, plus another 5,000 Sunday tickets for locals. 1 hour ago, CantWaitForGlasto22 said: We can’t get coach tickets (babysitting logistics!) but wondering if time for tickets to sell out will be similar for both sales? Wouldn't read anything into anything in that respect.
Laupau86
Sorry if this has been asked already (waaaay too many posts to go through!) but are we thinking that you can only have 1 browser open or could several browsers with just one tab open work? So 1 on chrome, 1 on edge etc?

MilkyJoe
So for those that get coach every year, how does it work with departure locations in the sale? Input Departure point first then registrations or registrations then departure point afterwards? To me it would make far more sense to do location first but I’ve never got coach tickets so I have no idea.

Excellent, I couldn't find this info anywhere this morning although I did think it was around 20k. So it's risen to slightly above 15% of total tickets not including locals. One of our groups wants to leave on the wednesday from a certain departure location. If that location and day isn't available 3 of the group are prepared to travel thursday. Are you able to go back and remove the others before going for a thursday option???

Then it's either registration or location (the bit I can't remember).

I think you choose the coach/departure point before you enter reg numbers so won’t be an issue.

Pick 1 day / couple of departure points and lock them in.. You don't want to be messing about once you've landed at the departure page

t0paz
Although reading the FAQ it seems a bit unclear but does suggest you enter reg numbers first, which I’m sure is different to last year.
