There are a very small handful of legit ones, but most are a scam.

Is there anyway of knowing which are legit? Because as far as I can see it’s a legit company, but not sure about their glasto tickets specifically

Hi, first time attempting glasto tickets, assuming I will be unsuccessful. Have see a few sites that claim to have hospitality tickets. One site, Premier events quoted me a price I would be prepared to pay, but after reading Glasto’s advice on tickets, thinking it’s a scam. Are these companies known for being dodgy? Because all other reviews of them online seem legit.

A few landowners with land adjacent to the site sell exorbitant hospitality and accommodation packages. There are however a lot of scammers out there and I’m sure they can easily create believable reviews for themselves. Why not e mail the festival office and ask if they actually supply tickets to that company you mentioned?

For the coach sale, are there any coach locations that are easier/harder than others? Will be coming from London but would be equally happy to drive somewhere closer to Glastonbury and get the coach from there.

Bath, Bristol, Swindon, Oxford, Reading, Southampton and Taunton all good options as well as London itself so was wondering if anyone knows which is generally the easiest?

Bristol is also very popular, but there are more coaches from there and London. Typically in the coach sale, I find it’s a race against time to get the tickets secured on the coach you have selected. Even if they are there to select, they can vanish before your payment goes through and you get the “tickets can’t be allocated” message. Given we now only have 10 minutes to complete, trying a variety of options gets even more stressful! Basically, none of them are “easy”.

Only if you search in here and find older posts that mention them positively.

Otherwise the sniff test.

Most of those selling them now will only sell them with accommodation and therefore the combined cost will be eyewatering to most of us, whereas you used to be able to pick them up from some places for cost price-ish.

If they're the places you think are good options then just see what's available if you or your fellow buyers are lucky enough to get that far in the sale process.  Essentially if you get to the page to choose and they're there, you're pretty lucky.

Do we think ticket prices (in this economic climate) has put people off? Do you know many people in your friendship groups put off because of it? None in mine so was curious! - Fingers crossed for tomorrow night!

its going to get to that point when it crosses £400 next festival and people will be upset its not Taylor Swift, Beyonce and Adele headlining.

Hope everyone slept well and the f5 finger hasn’t been exercised …. Good luck in the bus sale this evening … make sure all devices are powered and all updates done , card details and correct registration details handy , last check to find out people aren’t in multiple groups and have snacks handy just in case we get a long one . Good luck everyone

They seem to be a secondary ticket seller - so selling tickets they’ve bought from other people. I suspect a number of people with hospitality tickets do try to sell them on, but I think if you buy them it probably does come with some risk as they’ve not been supplied to the company by Glastonbury itself (as far as I know). Can you find reviews of them maybe?

Planning to use:

My laptop on the home wifi network

Phone on 5g

Work phone on 5g

Girlfriend’s phone on 5g

I also have a work laptop. If I was to switch a VPN on (but still on the home wifi), would that increase my “score”?

You're looking to 'decrease' your score I think actually

My phone 5G

Laptop House Wifi

Girlfriends phone 5G

Girlfriends laptop house wifi

We are staying in different houses tonight to increase chances on different IP addresses (mental, yes)

Can anyone remember when campers/accommodation went on sale last year?

Can't remember when 'later in the Autumn' actually was

Was 12:00 on 1st December last year according to my email receipt (12:42), but the ticket sale was delayed, so possibly a week earlier this year.

Good luck tonight everybody!
