Thanks

So its just a case of trying until the waiting room opens? No time on that yet? Im guessing 5pm

If you are on the Glastonbury see tickets page before six you will automatically placed in a random place in the queue. Just don’t log on to that page after six or you will be dumped at the back of the queue and don’t refresh.

Ok thanks again. I am very crap at this malarkey. Assuming that the see tickets page will change at some point today though to say you are now in a queue? And i guess its best not to keep trying now in case i register as too many attempts/ suspicious activity? Or have i totally got it wrong?

See tickets has no listing for Glastonbury at mo , its only via Glastonbury website i get the registration check screen. So that is all normal at mo?

All normal and I think your guesses are correct.

Hiya, I'm gonna try to get a ticket for my friend using his registration details. I'm just wondering will that be possible or will we both get booted out for being bots? I only got tickets once before and I'm hazy on how the actual process worked. Thanks all

Does anyone know if you have to queue for a specific coach location?

It has been get to a,screen then choose your location and departure day in the past and then proceed to try to get tickets for that one.

I have been lucky a few times in the coach sales.

I am just wondering whether you will have to select a coach venue, then you are assigned a place in the queue.

Only saying this as you had to select a venue and date for the Oasis tickets, then it placed you in a queue for the gig.

Hopefully it is the same as it has always been.

Ahhh

Very good point. Oasis was indeed that and an absolute shambles but am going to pretend that was purely as it was ticketmaster.

Although managing queues of specific coaches/ days before entering a main queue feels somehow there would be an advantage to See. Not sure why and as above im no expert at these things

From the info we have it's one queue to access the booking page and then the same procedure as the previous years. So no. It would make sense though.

The bastion of facts, truth and 100% reliable rumours, The Metro, reckons 6 million people trying tonight.

If there are 22,000 coach tickets up for grabs, that's a 0.4% chance of getting one.

What's your game plan tonight @parsonjack? I get the vibe you're a boffin. One browser? One tab? any clue? Feel like there are a lot of unknowns!

Going for volume across multiple connections.

3 laptops on WiFi....1 browser, 1 tab each....plus 2 X tablets each on 4G hotspots from 2 phones, with a queue also open on each of those.

7 queues from 3 connections....none of which should raise any alarm or lead to a detrimental bot score 🤞

The Seetickets page will (should) change at 6pm to say you are in the queue. There is no specific page that will say waiting room. You just need to be on the seetickets page before 6 and you're good.

If it is anything like the Oasis sale, they ask you to put your details/registration in at the first page so they know who is in the queue rather than you being able to have multiple anonymous connections

It's not like the Oasis sale.

Seetickets hadn't introduced a queue system when Oasis went on sale.

You're thinking of Ticketmaster or AXS.
