Loaded the page about 3hrs ago and go the standard "Retrieve your registration" page.

Reloaded it just now, and get:

Great start. Not on a VPN/shared connection of any kind. Personal laptop and home connection with only me and the missus, and she hasn't tried the page at all.

E: That is on Firefox. Works OK (for now) on Chrome.....

If you have page that says you are in the waiting room then don’t refresh. The page will auto refresh with you in a queue.

Do not refresh at 6!! It will refresh automatically.

@Pipine don’t refresh at 6 I think that puts you to the back of the queue according to the FAQ.  It should refresh automatically at 6 and give you your random place in the queue

I suspect it will turn into a waiting room lobby at some point over the next hour, but somebody here will say as soon as that happens so just keep watching and keep the faith!

Yes. This.  There is even a screenshot of the waiting room screen on the official ticket blurb they issued.

 

I'm pretty sure you'll need to refresh manually BEFORE 1800 to effectively 'join' the waiting room.

 

Once you're in the waiting room with the countdown to sale start then LEAVE IT ALONE!!!

Yep, me too, but it reverted to the coach sale info/retrieve reg details page after about 20 seconds…don’t think I would leave til 17.59 to get on the page!
