Ticket tips and Tricks for 2025 festival

Managed to get through twice, once at about 18:14 and again about 18:20.

 

First device that got through, chimes played to notify me and then took about 30 secs (felt like forever) to switch from the page with the progress bar to the page with the two buttons. Once I clicked Wednesday, I was able to input details very smoothly. Noticed that they seemed to be using some sort of shopping cart system as rather than asking me to input card details it instead asked if I wanted a code sent to my phone for a presaved card checkout. I chose to type out card details instead but this seemed like something new. Checked out and confirmed by about 18:16

 

Second device the chimes played again but this time it took much longer to switch to the page with the two buttons. By the time it did I clicked Wednesday again and this time got a "tickets have all be allocated" red bar message. Few refreshes and managed to get more reg's typed in but the "allocated" message was becoming more frequent and eventually I gave up.

I always cable my pc to the router  for the ticket sale. Don’t know if it does any good but every little helps😊😉

We were a group of 4 people with 10 devices and only 2 of us made it far enough in the queue to get in. We ended up getting the tickets not with the first device that came in but with the second one.

Things that might help you on Sunday:

 

The two devices we used to get in were two phones with mobile data, and on both we refreshed the site when there were 3 seconds left on the countdown. 

So my main recommendation is to use 5G and not to wait for the countdown to end and automatically get in the queue, refresh the page and you will get in the queue sooner. We did the same for the Oasis tickets and also got them.

Once inside, despite the message that they were sold out, I managed to refresh the page and enter my card details. So make sure you try until the last minute. 

In the end we got tickets for Thursday instead of Wednesday, which is not ideal, but at least we have secured tickets, which was de goal. Now, we just have to book the flights to England and figure out how to get a camping pitch when we arrive on Thursday 😅 Any advice is welcome.

Didn’t get past the third blob.

It is really annoying reading posts about people who were trying who didn’t even want coach tickets.

Selfish pricks snarling it up for genuine ticket buyers.

Got to the third bar. I was on site from about 4.45pm and it put me in the queue around 5.30pm.

 

Think this is pot luck but what time would you suggest going on site on Sunday?

It was pretty much the same sell out time as last year … they can change how quick they sell out so this may not really have been a factor

Girlfriend got tix for Thursday coach from Bristol at around 6.15 ish maybe slightly later. I got nowhere. Buzzing though!!

Had 8 devices going, phone on 5g got up to halfway bar within a min was checked out by 18:08. Rest of devices diddnt get past 2 bars by that time. Think I got very lucky

What is the insinuation here? They still sold the same amount of tickets so are you just saying that they mainly went to people who don’t have a social media presence?

Possibly something used by high-level tech people and touts, also possibly Supre talking shite, which I think is more likely

Just in case we don’t get tickets… what European festivals can people suggests that would be good for a mixed group of late 20s/early 30s with a fairly wide variety of music tastes? Probably a slight bias towards pop, Indie, dance and RNB but not so much heavy metal. But we are very mixed in terms of taste so it needs to have something for everyone.
