Everybody that's in the 'waiting room' when the sale starts is assigned a RANDOM place in the queue. You could get there at one minute to and be at the very front, or get there 364 days early (not that this is actually plausible) and be assigned a spot at the very back.

Fwiw: joined the queue at about 17:55 on my phone on 4G, within about a minute of the queue going live I could see the loading bar moving incrementally (albeit slowly) it did however pick up and got through at about 18:10. Don’t think the time you get into the landing page makes a difference, and I also think you can tell within the first few minutes if you’re going to have a successful queue position or not. Happy to answer any other questions about the process if there is any.

basically my plan. the one device/tab thing the put on the FAQs is demonstrably untrue. I would go high risk but mayne on a some IPs/devices you have go low risk. Then you have both bases covered

Yeah kind of knew that. Just panicking as I thought so many people were there already that the launch site was already overwhelmed.

For the people that have mentioned they used multiple browsers on one device to get multiple queue id’s, did you go use incognito mode? Or does it not matter?

You’d better update the browser at least or you’re likely to flag as suspicious and risk getting blocked.

Do we know if the new system throws everyone out if a ticket is already paid for? As an example I am in a group of 6, what if someone has accidentally joined another group who gets through first and then it will not let me proceed as there is one reg that already has a ticket on the order?
