I was able to go back to the registration number page after getting booted out on page two initially. Might have just been my lucky day though.

i got through to entering details 4 times and selected manchester and every time i went to proceed it said they’d all been allocated, tried different cities as well! - could go back when unsuccessful to try again thankfully, but still no luck! 

 

i had 4 devices on wifi, 2 phones on their own network and it was a phone that got through! devices on wifi barely made it off 4 bars!

Anecdotal of course but this was exactly my experience too

Started on 2 bars and progressed quickly. Looking at my WhatsApp messages, I was moving at about 5 bars per minute

So it's not really a queue then? That sounds like its still luck of the draw, you just cant refresh like you used to

Several devices stuck on 2 bars. Phone on 5g went steadily up the queue. One segment away it just stopped. So queue it I guess closed and no point in refreshing as I hadn’t been sent to Seetickets servers and the queue was no longer active? Only worth refreshing on tickets allocated if you are actually on see tickets already … ho hum.

Turned on autofreresh extension to try to make a coach ticket stick (in with reg and trying to get a coach) of a sale not completed (this used to work). It recognised the autorefresh extension and blocked the browser.

 

So, don't use autofreresh extensions.

 

Any advice on how to clear this would be greatly appreciated.

I hit the reg page. Chose liverpool and no joy. Kept refreshing and kept getting back in eventually.  Tried almost every city departure in the list to keep getting told no availability. Kicked out. Refreshed over and over. Eventually had success from Plymouth!

Dire system as expected. Why not just give everyone a queue number instead of a ridiculous progress bar. If you are a high number, you can just stop there and then.

Coach sale is always grim and I rarely get past the holding page....but somehow it feels worse when I haven't been refreshing!

Also would give a good indicator of the actual demand, which is something the fest usually prefer to keep quiet (possibly because it’s less than you’d expect).

I tested this a few times. Seems like refreshing updates your queue position but doesn't either help you move forward or throw you back.

 

The only time it makes sense to do it is when you're right near the front of the queue, as you might get through slightly quicker. Maybe. But probably not worth it for a few seconds potential gain.
