Saying finally got them, do you mean finally got them back?

They headlined in 2018, with imo the strongest 3 headliners they've ever had Libs, Weller and Prodigy.

You could argue they could run those 3 again, all have been touring.

Weller is long overdue a return for sure.

Maybe next year they finally book Florence

Also Madness got to be due a return

Just got back from seeing Libs at Roundhouse for the second night. Still put on such a great performance. Would love to see them to headline Victorious again.

I doubt the festival view them as main headliners. With doing the early afternoon "Special Guest" slot I can not see them headlining ever again. It's probably likely they will return at some point but not at the top. I guess they could headline Castle as still very popular, I would be happy with them coming back.

Think with stuff they doing next year, there will be fest appearances. Think castle headliner Sunday would be a safe bet. Think 2 door will have fest exc maybe sat main and prodigy sund main head

Libs headlining 2nd stage would be great.  TDCC can piss off.  Their previous headline appearance were completely blown off the stage by The Specials at which point everyone left.

Far too small nowadays - even the sub slot is fairly weak. They headline tiny venues that don't even sell out nowadays

Massive booking If they get Robbie in to headline this, he's clearly bigger than any other headliner they've had before.

If it was my choice currently on what's around it would be The Libertines, The Prodigy and Robbie. I think SS under Robbie fits like a glove.

What’s making you think Robbie?

The recent thought that he'd back over in the UK in Dublin in the week leading upto Victorious with a massive gap over that weekend. He's not going to be playing Reading, Creamfields or Boomtown lol. He is also leaving 3/4 days before some of his dates and except for a gig in Bath isn't going anywhere lower than North London for a show. Would fit the Saturday or Sunday. Travelling from Norway to Dublin for one show then the Czech Republic I'd find odd when he could just go to Czech from there. He's also not doing although unlikely anyway APE with the Emirates show.

Has anyone got any intel on when day tickets are likely to be released? Seems strange that it isn't available at the moment as we've not had to wait in previous years. Going to the Maccabees at APE on the Sunday so only want to get Friday and Saturday tickets this year...

He's playing Dublin on Saturday 23rd August? Looking at his schedule he doesn't really do back to backs.

Would be cool if it happens though, the other half would love it!

That's a no then. I actually thought bank holiday was the last weekend in August but realised now that the Monday would go into September. I wouldn't rule him out of something though. Really Victorious would be by far the biggest headliner they've had.

He would be perfect for Victorious though.

I see Muse are doing the festival rounds again. Wishful thinking but that would be my ultimate Sunday headliner for Victorious. I'd love to see the day!

Not sure for Victorious, but for Tramlines (also a Superstruct festival) the day tickets are never out before the lineup.

Doves just announced 2025 tour without Jimi. Surely they're a good shout for Victorious again?

I admire them for what they’re doing and it looks like they’ll do ok but Jimi’s vocals are what makes Doves Doves to me. That said if they popped up at a Festival I was at, I’d still take a look.

I couldn't agree with you more. It's a shame. I caught them at Victorious for the first time a few years ago, and I had tickets for their tour until they had to cancel. Was proper gutted but glad they doing what is best for them and even now. Really hope Jimi makes it back soon though...
