From those two announcements, I'm after Reytons, Pulp, Bloc Party and TLDP and don't think any of them are unrealistic.

Reckon you’ll get The Reytons (but certainly not headlining Common!), Pulp and TLDP. Bloc Party only played a couple of years ago didn’t they so not sure about that. From the names towards the top, Travis look very likely to me.

All seem very realistic, I just want to dampen my Pulp dreams in case they do not come true.

yes to travis and there is a lot at kendal i can see that the others don't have. Bloc Party was 2019, 6 years ago.

Looking at the possibilities, let’s get 90s/early 00s and have Pulp and returns for Travis, Franz, The Prodigy, throw Ben Ottewell on the acoustic stage and an afternoon special guest for Bloc Party. Hell let’s have a return for Texas too! And The Coral since they couldn’t make t’other year!

Good grief. You are right, it was 2019! In that case they are certainly due a return. Maybe afternoon special guests?

The only issue with that is it won't give them the time slot that taking the Snow Patrol double slot would from this year. I'm going to go for The Prodigy closing after Bloc Party with them being a special guest but before them.

I think we may have an exclusive but who I don’t know

It's probably almost definite we will have one as all the other options around and Victorious get a lot before others as being bigger they have the space for it.

My guess currently is

The Prodigy

Bloc Party

Pulp

C&S Exclusive

Chase aren't being mentioned as much as other names for Glastonbury in the slots they would get. They played Creamfields this year and I don't think they are in the Reading selection from what I've seen. While they are riding the wave I could see them taking extra money to do this over Glastonbury.

I can’t see 2 dance acts headlining victorious (c&s, prodigy) but first time for everything I suppose.

prodigy, pulp + 1 other (losing faith in Fontaines now).

I think had Fontaines not being doing a Finsbury Park gig this year the same time they've said no to a Glastonbury sub slot by all accounts it might have happened. But except for Sam Fender in 2022, who has gone on to then headline Glastonbury? I get the idea Victorious is a good vase for bands who would sub/play other headliner at Glastonbury but want to actually headline the night.

I don't actually want C&S personally.

I unfortunately don't think Elbow doing Dublin supporting Robbie on August 23 completely rules them out but I reckon they would be doing Friday or Sunday in Dublin to have a gap between. My guess is they are going to do Hardwick Festival that weekend too maybe.

Do we think fontaines big enough for main or headline castle? With all the other leaked headliners from other fests it may be comes a little clearer of who we could get . So my guess would be

common

Prodigy

Bloc Party

Pulp

castle

Travis

Fontaine

Basement jaxs

Fontaines are 100% a headliner now, they sold out finsbury park

There's no way Victorious end up having Prodigy and C&S with boomtown just down the road

Prodigy had to bail so could see them back at Boomtown to be honest.

C&S would be a fair shift from usual victorious booking policy to be honest, they bring in a very different crowd to all other headliners / the 90s dance headliners like FBS / Prodigy / Chems
