Unfortunately a completely uninformed view according to many economists, but Trump screaming that he can fix the economy unfortunately overshadowed that. Who knows, maybe he will fix things, but everything he’s proposing says that won’t be the case. -

A lot of people seem quite dismissive about Trump voters and I think it’s an issue that people on the left often come across a bit snobby with voters who vote for right wing parties. While the MAGA types will get the most exposure, there will be many who think Trumps a bit of a d*ck, but will make the economy better. That’s a perfectly rationale view, even if I would have voted differently. -

Democrats need to find a reason why ordinary working class (or middle america) should vote for them...instead of just don't vote for the scary fascist which obviously doesn't work. -
