A shame. They were tremendous at IOW this year. For a band of their vintage with only a couple of original members they are totally embracing their status as a legacy / nostalgia act and playing 'just the hits' with joy and enthusiasm and they sounded superb.

Saw them on tour have to say they are the only act I’ve ever seen that had someone vac the stage between the support and main act.

Sad news. They're actually supporting him on the whole tour (first info was just the UK part), except for Amsterdam, which is (I suspect) because of their IoW date, indicating they won't do additional dates in between.

Yes, when I saw they were supporting every venue except Amsterdam, I immediately checked the date, wondering if it was for Glasto.

They were absolutely fabulous this year, even if everyone was watching Avril at that time. Since Thom did the whole "please pretend you'll having a marvelous time so I can send a video of me crowd surfing to Emily cause we want that TV slot next year" bit, I really hoped they'd be there again next year.
