Now that the dust has settled, it’s still really weird I got the front of the queue and was directed to a random “Local tickets have now sold out” message, which I first thought meant I was too late, but then saw g19 in the URL and it wasn’t the current type pages.
Thank goodness - after a bit of backwards (to the queue) and forwards (which took me back to g19) a big deep breath and entering “Glastonbury.seetickets.com” (removing the g19 event stuff) took me to the expected deposit screen (so clearly I was in an active session) and it was easy from there.
Strange.
Did anyone else get a “rejected queue number” error? Got through about 9:20am and immediately go hit with this.
Luckily my mate was battling an ultimately successful attempt with a timing out payment page.
I’m just wondering what the hell happened with this error.
Notes from my 1st one this year:
Wear what you want. Don’t worry, many will be more wacky/kinky than you and no one bashes an eyelid anyway.
Be prepared for a wonderful emotional release around middle of Friday when the sheer joy and scale of the place combines with sleep deprivation and mild inebriation. Sacred circle may help bring this on.
hope this is of help to you
Strangely this happened again on main sale for me today. Lasted about 3 mins then got through and paid.
When it happened on Thursday it lasted 15+ mins and cost me tickets.
