Email confirmation

Hi all, I was sorted on Thursday but someone we know got my wife a ticket today but she hasn’t received the email, just a screenshot and we can’t seem to find confirmation anywhere. Is there a way to check?

Lots of us in the same boat dude. Trust the process i guess. The lead booker should be able to see the order on seetickets using order reference and postcode

Just got ours just now. They are in the post

Our group of 6 have only just received our confirmation emails - a full 12 hours after we booked the tickets!!!

Ours took at least 10 hours

Last year a lot of emails didn't arrive until the following day. If the money has left your account you should be fine. 

 

If the lead booker has an account with See then they can log on and view "my orders" and it should be on there.

Should all people the lead booker booked for get confirmation aswell?

 

In April does the lead booker have to pay everyone's balance or do you pay it yourself individually?

 

I haven't bought main sale for awhile, seems slightly different these days

Yes, everyone gets their individual confirmation email too. I got mine before my lead booker got our group’s. Someone else in our group 2 got their email 10 mins before their lead booker got theirs.
 

Come April, everyone can pay their own balances individually. Ticket then gets sent to that individual. Or the lead booker can pay some/all balances - in which case the tickets they paid for get sent to their address.

Only works for lead booker post code and order reference for me at mo. Doesn't show my individual order

You may need to click import orders on the lead bookers account to see it.

 

I wasn’t the lead booker and could not see it once I had clicked import.

 

I had a minor panic on the order checking site as it wasn’t recognising the numbers I entered.

 

I got there by entering the order reference number, plus the postcode of the card holder who paid for the ticket.

 

This sent an email to the person who ordered the tickets with a confirmation of the registrations bought for.

@Zen Dog are you saying get the lead booker to import orders and then the people who they booked for should be able to see their booking?

The lead booker can pay for everyone and gets all the tickets sent to him. Or anyone can pay for themselves, but that means paying the 10-pounds-something postage and packing fee for every transaction.
