I'm more excited about this than bestival now. I think it will be a nice relaxing end to the summer. How do we know what bands will clash??

Considering the great line-up there's not many clashes thankfully.But Heddwch you've got to see Archie Bronson Outfit- gig of the year so far for me when they played Brighton earlier in the year.

I received this e-mail today: -

Only two weeks to go and only 500 tickets left!!!

This is just a quick email to say that we have now posted the full billing / line-up, with stages and timings on the website... the only thing still missing time-wise, is the comedy and the films, which will be listed in the programme.

IMPORTANT: If you are travelling by public transport, please make sure to sign up to the SHUTTLE BUS in advance at http://www.festivalcoaches.co.uk/

If you are driving, please sign up to the LIFTSHARE scheme as there are lots of people coming along on their own looking for lifts... for example, Sofia is looking for a lift for her dad Hans and his partner Yvonne from London to the festival site on Friday, departing about 6pm... any takers?

Also, with regards to the TICKETS:

As stated on the Terms & Conditions on the website, tickets were being sent out from mid-August, but unfortunately we've not managed to get through the sending out of all the ticket purchases yet... it's our dear friend Jennifer who has taken on this mammoth task.

All tickets are being sent out "recorded delivery" - so there is no risk of the tickets being lost in the post, and if you've not been around to sign for them, they will go back to our office, and we will be able to make sure that the wristbands are waiting for you on the Box Office instead.

So, to summarise... most of the tickets have been sent out, but for any tickets not yet dispatched or bought on or after 1st September, these will be held on the Box Office for you to pick up on arrival. Your name will be on the TICKET LIST and you will need to bring either Photo ID and/or a print-out of your receipt / purchase.

If you have bought tickets from abroad, your name will also be on the TICKET LIST in the Box Office and you will need to bring either Photo ID and/or a print-out of your receipt/purchase.

Please also have a look at the Advice for Ticket Holders on the website, for all practical information.

They seem keen on lift sharing, so I'll do my bit for the environment!

Im heading up for opening time(10am friday), from Gosport, near Portsmouth. Spose I'll leave around 7am, with the morning rush hour and so on. If anyone wants a lift, I can probably take 2 people at a squeeze!
