who orders someone to come home if they are out on a night out, unless he had previously agreed with her that he would be home at a certain time, otherwise mental.

Right, I'm going out on the town tomorrow night for the first time in 4 weeks. Been a rather boring month so far, I'll try to liven it up with some 'buca. One of the girls I stalked last year is likely to be out so I'm hoping to see her at some point, then it's just a matter of whether she can still outrun me or not. I'm thinking I should act a bit more twattish like Cook from Skins, he seems to get all the girls!

Gotta say I really quite like bimbling round on my own. I went to Germany last year on my own and it was the first time I've ever spent that amount of time out and about alone. Had a great stress free time and don't think I'll be baby sitting anybody when I go again this year.

Indeed, if you live together, and it is either the situation that Lithium was in, or you are out and your partner isnt, or they are out seperately, then unless you have agreed prior to going out that you will be back home at a certain time, then there is no way your partner should TELL you what time to come home.

Admittedly, It can be a bit crap for whoever is at home to have someone coming in in the early hours all pissed up, but hey Im sure at some stage the person at home will do exactly the same thing.

The only thing I would say is if you have said you will be home at a certain time, and then plans change, then you should call/text them at least to let them know that.

In summary, dont arrange coming home times...its not a curfew...and your partner isnt your parent ffs!

It's not that I need extra torturous activities indulged, so much as I need confirmation of a brethren spirit who is fighting the same demons. And by demons I of course mean exes.
