If it's his, he said something about going to court so he has no financial responsibility for it, since he's a student and can't afford to look after a baby - which is what he said to her when she told him she was pregnant, as well as that he didn't want it and wasn't in the right place mentally, and yet she had the baby anyway. Said he's already spoken to some lawyer-type people who'll be on it if worst comes to the worst.
