Talked to the guy I've liked for about a year tonight. He said he's not looking for anything relationship-wise. I'm glad he's finally given me an answer and now I can be free and stop worrying.

I'm a bit disappointed, obviously, he's absolutely perfect. But...there are other perfect fishies in the sea.

In most places the age hasn't been lowered - it's still 25 because cervical cancer before that age is incredibly rare and borderline smear results can lead to invasive and unnecessary treatments - and I'm fairly sure the "Goody" effect from just after she died has since worn off. I'm with CBC/Parky on this one. She was a f**king moron.

Worst thing about it is..everyone else giving their opinion

'she's just playing games, and just wants you to like her,. knowing you're there for her'

take tonight for example, she text me says she's ill and she isnt going out (was meant to be going to Liverpool) - says she's in bed and going to sleep 10mins later 'Il ring you tomorrow hun, going sleep now.sorry'

Because of other people giving me their paranoid views it makes me start to wonder 'well it's only 8pm is she really going to sleep..is she with some guy' etc

I didn't mean it like that, but is it not super early to go to sleep?!!

I didn't think she was sleeping around or anything..but people keep putting these ideas in my head 'well she's at uni, first year, you're here..' bla bla

Then when she says she's going to sleep at like 8pm?! I don't know, I do think a lot of her and don't think she is..

Like when I ask her when she's coming back and when I can see her, she gets funny with me then next day she'll text me saying how much she misses me and wants me to come see her?!!!

I love spending time with her, but don't know when I'll see her again - I just hope I'm not being a fool?!?!, she told me before how she was falling for me, 'il come back fior you once im settled in dont worry, not got rid of me that easily' , 'i loved every minute we spent together, it will happen again' and 'You've made me so happy, I love lying next to you' etc

But then now when she cant ever seem to make plans for me to either go up there and see her or her come back here - it makes me wonder?

Just wish i'd met her earlier, she was saying how it costs 65quid/train from stoke to where she is..i'd pay that in a heartbeat to see her!!

my mate thinks she's playing games, just wants me to still like her/give her attention, then when she comes back she can see me, but she's prob with other guys at uni?!

Didn't she say she was ill? If you keep on like this you're surely going to lose her.

You seem like a really insecure guy, your friends are feeding that. They don't know any more than you do, they shouldn't be being so negative. Ask yourself why they're doing that. Do they just want you back out on the pull with them? Are they saying what they think you want to hear?
