Stage Fright is thought to affect 7% of the population, with the majority of sufferers being men. So, if nothing else I would like you to remember just one thing from this page: no matter how alone you may feel there are millions of people in the same position as you.

My frisky housemate has been basically treating me like his girlfriend the past few days. Lots of falling asleep cosied up on the sofa and lots of handholding and he seems particularly cautious of any boys who hug me a bit too intimately and kiss my cheek for a bit too long. But he spent all of last night, while we were out, talking about his ex and how she doesn't deserve to be treated how her new boyfriend treats her and if it weren't for some prick guy, he'd still be with her and blahblahblah. He's obviously still not over her.

Annnnd Wednesday night, I saw the boy I liked for a long time sticking his tongue down some other girl's throat. Whilst I was mildly disappointed, it didn't upset me like I expected it to. Win.
