ok so just got phoned about my job interview for the job i applied for back in the dee, now am sh**ing it haha not told my boss yet not so cool calm and collected about telling to shove her job anymore <_<

did they ask you all those daft questions where they want you to talk about about a specific incident?

like a time when you didn't meet a deadline and how you coped with it, or a time when there was a difference of opinion and all that pish? i hate those questions, i've been to so many interviews though that i've always got an answer now.

why do you think you f**ked it up?

i think it's a bit unfair asking those questions. what if if you've never been in the kind of situation that they ask you about? i've been for interviews before and i've had loads of relevant skills and experience that i wanted to tell them about, but couldn't because they just asked me daft questions.

Do you ever get the feeling sometimes that the person interviewing you is no more qualified to be in that role than you are, and if they were to ever stray from the company script they'd be screwed
