lost
Mike Patton was great at Reading in 2004, i'd like to see a reform.
satchef1
When i saw the thread title i thought to myself "no chance will they play this year, they're a headliner". Still stands, they'd be a great headliner (and im one thats too young to be a fan, i just recognise the name and know 2 or 3 of their songs). They may not be as well known as RATM, but they're on a par with Smashing Pumpkins.
0livavu
I'm not suggesting them for this year, there's no way they'll be added to the lineup even if they do reform now.
0livavu
Faith No More, Fantomas, Mr Bungle.... so many great bands...

ilovemaiden
They would not headline.. IMO
sledge450
Absolutely pointless thread. Is there even any rumours of them re-forming? If they did play though, i would see them playing no higher than Janes Addiction did in 2002, which was about 3rd/4th. No way would they headline, especially if it was part of a tour. Even if it was a complete one off id see them playing no higher than 2nd, at a push.

hearing_aid
Strange that was reading this thread today and saw one of thier videos on MTV2 for the first time in years. First time I watched MTV2 in ages as well. Decent tune mind, tho forgot how stupid some of them look!

bouncingflea
it'd be amazing if they did reformed but exactly as they were.... paton is a ledge.. probably dont see them spoken about much because they dont exist anymore and arent active so people know what there is to know and outside of a dedicated fan site theres not that much of a cause for it to come into discussion

dewdropmagic
Argh. Again pretty much the only band left that I'd love to see live but will never get chance to  I wouldn't even be bothered if it was FNM without Jim Martin though - I'm one of those weird people whose favourite album is King For A Day...Fool For A Lifetime. Cultseeker
Did I ever mention that I caught Faith No More with Soundgarden and Guns and Roses back in 92? Did I ever mention that at all?

Cultseeker
I saw Cornell with Aerosmith last year doing a decent amount of Soundgarden songs as well as Hunger Strike so that will pretty much do for me.

kaosmark2
If you like FNM, the best album to start with is probably Mit Gas as it's probably the most similar to FNM (especially Rape This Day). However, I still think the first S/T album is their best so far. It's a little bit more challenging and might take longer to get into, but it's probably the most rewarding. The most recent album was just...weird!
bouncingflea
Yeah Mit gas is deff the most accessable tomahawkian bittys the new album was just plain odd i like Aktion and Capt midnight Edited April 11, 2008 by bouncingflea
