Three more bands have been confirmed for the Reading and Leeds Festivals, which take place at Little Johns Farm, Richfield Avenue, Reading, Berkshire, and Bramham Park, nr Leeds, West Yorkshire, both from 27th-29th August 2004.

Newly confirmed for the Main Stage - in the "special guest" slot on the day headlined by The Darkness (Reading Friday; Leeds Saturday) - are The Distillers.

The Distillers

Newly confirmed for the Concrete Jungle Stage are Goldfinger, and The Holiday Plan. They join the already confirmed A, Sick of it All, Dillinger Escape Plan, Bouncing Souls, The Starting Line, Coheed and Cambria, Flogging Molly, Allister, and Alexisonfire. The Concrete Jungle Stage is at Reading on the Saturday, and Leeds on the Sunday.

Bands confirmed across other stages includes headliners The Darkness, The White Stripes, and Green Day, plus The Offspring, Ash, The Hives, Morrissey, The Libertines, Franz Ferdinand, 50 Cent, Lostprophets, The Streets, Placebo, and many more. All weekend tickets for Reading Festival have now sold out, as have Saturday tickets. Weekend tickets, and tickets for each day, are still available for the twin Leeds Festival, which has the same bands play, but on different days.

Weekend tickets are priced at £105. Day tickets are priced at £45 for all days.
