Alabama 3, Echo and the Bunnymen, and more for Guilfest

More acts have been confirmed for Guilfest, which takes place at Stoke Park, Guilford, Surrey from Friday 15th until Sunday 17th July.

New for the Friday are Alabama 3, and The Proclaimers, who join headliners The Pogues (with a line-up of Shane MacGowan, Peter 'Spider' Stacy, James Fernley, Jem Finer, Phillip Cheveron, Terry Woods, Andrew Ranken and Darryl Hunt).

And added to the Saturday - joining headliner Paul Weller - are Echo and the Bunnymen, and The Black Velvets.

The only other (previously) confirmed acts - all for the Sunday - are headliner Status Quo, along with Daniel Bedingfield, and Marillion.

Tickets are on sale, priced at £75 for all three days, or £85 with camping. Day tickets cost £35 for any day. Click here to buy online.

Guilfest this year has five music stages, the Cosmic Comedy Tent - again sponsored by eFestivals, a new Tropical Bar, the Kidzone, and great markets, on a site that's been redesigned, and with a slight increase in capacity to 17,500 per day.
