Wychwood Festival - the new world and roots festival, happening at Cheltenham Racecourse in Gloucestershire from 3rd to 5th June 2005 - has confirmed more acts.
New on the Friday is Gwyneth Keen, whilst Saturday has added Nick Luscombe, Tandara Mandara, Sefton, Geoff Martinez, Pat Orchard, Captain Paranoid, Skankt, Matt Sage & The Orchestra of Love, Fily Cissochko, and Dirty Red Bandanas. Added to the Sunday are Mabulu, Blackfoot Brothers, Lautrec, Nikki Lucas, and Phil Meadley.
They join a line-up that includes Steve Earle as Saturday headliner, and Alabama 3 as Sunday headliner, and others such as Mory Kante, Show of Hands, Eliza Cathy The Angel Brothers, Baka Beyond, and more. For the full list (including days), see here.

The festival will have over 40 bands and DJs across three stages, from world music, folk music, and the rock world. They'll also be cinema (from Groovie Movie), story tellers, circus, dance, theatre, singing, drumming, DJing, hands on arts and crafts, space to relax, chill and to be inspired, wonderful masseurs and life coaches in the healing gardens, exotic shopping in the global village, food from around the world, ample camping and parking. The festival will also raise money for Oxfam.
