T in the Park, being held at Balado, nr Kinross in Scotland, and now a three day festival happening from Friday 6th to Sunday 8th July has confirmed some more acts that will be playing at the festival.
Announced as playing on the Saturday are Bright Eyes in the Pet Sounds Arena, Little Man Tate, and Gogol Bordello in the King Tut's Tent, and Dogs on the Radio 1/NME Stage.
New for the Sunday are The Maccabees in the King Tut's Tent, The Pigeon Detectives on the Radio 1/NME Stage, and The Hold Steady in the Pet Sounds Arena.
Acts playing at this year's T in the Park include Arctic Monkeys, The Killers, Razorlight, Snow Patrol, Scissor Sisters, Arcade Fire, Bloc Party, Kings of Leon, The Kooks, My Chemical Romance, Kasabian, and loads more, with more to be announced - for all the acts so far announced click here. Note that the Friday entertainment will only be available to those with weekend with camping tickets.
Tickets are sold out. eFestivals strongly advises fans not to buy tickets from any unofficial sources or website auctions, as not only will they have to pay over the odds but there is a high chance that the ticket will not exist or will be a fake - as was proven yet again yesterday with the demise of tickettout.com.
