Bestival, which takes place at Robin Hill Country Park, Isle of Wight from Friday 7th to Sunday 9th September, has announced some more acts for this year.
The newly confirmed are live acts are: Gossip, Soul II Soul Soundsytem LIVE!, Bat for Lashes, Candie Payne, Robyn, Marlena Shaw, John Foxx, Kitty Daisy & Lewis, Tunng, Simple Kid, The Noisettes, Shychild, Foals, Figurines, The Kissaway Trail, Thee Earls, Max Sedgley, Sportsday Megaphone, The Hat, Seasick Steve, and Man Like Me.
And there's more, with newly announced DJs James Lavelle, Justin Robertson, Annie Mac, Jah Shaka, Optimo, and Jose Padilla.
They join live acts Beastie Boys, Chemical Brothers, Gregory Isaacs, Levellers, The Orb, Billy Bragg, The Maccabees, The Cuban Brothers, Dub Pistols, Calvin Harris, Mr Hudson & The Library, Simian Mobile Disco, Bonde Do Role, Cagedbaby, and many more, plus loads of DJs - see here for the full list to-date.
Festival curator, Rob da Bank says "The Gossip have made quite a few of my favourite records of the last year and their leader Beth Ditto is gonna whip our crowd into shape big time! Soul II Soul on the other hand have made quite a few of my favourite records ever and im well pleased to have tempted them to do a rare full live show on the Saturday night."

Adult Tickets: £115. Adult Tickets are for anyone aged 16 or over on 07/09/2007. Ticket holders aged 16 and 17 must be accompanied by a Ticket holding parent or guardian over the age of 21*.
Age 13 to 15 Child Tickets: £57.50. Age 13 to 15 Child Tickets are for anyone aged 13 to 15 on 07/09/2007. Child ticket holders must be accompanied by a Ticket holding parent or guardian over the age of 21*.
Age 12 & Under Child Tickets: FREE. Age 12 & Under Child Tickets are for anyone aged 12 and under on 07/09/2007. Child Ticket holders must be accompanied by a Ticket holding parent or guardian over the age of 21*.
*NB: One ticket holding parent or guardian can only accompany up to 4 people under the age of 18. Campervan Tickets: £45.00 (per vehicle). Your Campervan must be specially adapted for people to stay in (which does not include transit vans with a mattress in the back or 4x4s with the seats folded down). If your vehicle is longer than 7 meters you will need to purchase two Campervan Tickets. Cars will not be allowed into the Campervan area so consequentially Caravans, Trailer Tents etc are not permitted.
Note: All these rules will be strictly enforced this year so please ensure you have read this information thoroughly and that you buy the correct tickets or you may be refused entry to the festival.
