According to Q Magazine (here), "insiders" have told them who the other two Glastonbury Festival headliners are.
They say that the Friday is to be headlined by Kings of Leon, while Sunday is to be headlined by the reformed The Verve. Saturday has already been confirmed by festival organiser Michael Eavis as being headlined by Jay-Z.

Don't forget that those wanting to buy a ticket to this year's festival will need to register their details at http://www.glastonburyregistration.co.uk between 9am on Friday 1st February and midnight on Friday 14th March. Tickets will go on sale to those who have registered at 9am on Sunday 6th April.
Glastonbury Festival 2008 will take place at Worthy Farm, Pilton, near Glastonbury, Somerset from Friday 27th to Sunday 29th June, with the gates opening for early arrivals on Wednesday 25th June.
