The Mighty Boosh Festival is a new festival being held at The Hop Farm, Kent on Saturday 5th July the gates at 2pm and the event starts at 3pm.

The comedy duo from the TV series The Mighty Boosh, Noel Fielding and Julian Barrett are putting on this festival inviting their friends, comedians and bands to provide the entertainment.

Gary Numan, The Charlatans, White Denim and Polar Bear have been confirmed as the first four music acts to perform at the festival with of course a performance from The Mighty Boosh boys themselves. They will headline the day's events with a comedy extravaganza on the main stage.

Talking of Gary Numan's confirmation Noel Fielding states, "Having Gary on board is mental! He is a hero of mine and was always a first choice, having him perform at our festival is almost surreal."

Talking about the festival Noel adds, "We've never played a music festival before and a comic has never headlined at a festival before so we are seizing the opportunity and doing both!"

Tickets for the festival are priced at £50 and can be purchased by clicking here.

Hop Farm is set in 400 acres of unspoilt Kent countryside, and was once a working and now one of Kent's most popular tourist attractions in the Garden of England.
