Latitude Festival held at Henham Park Estate in Suffolk and happening from Thursday 17th to Sunday 20th July has announced more entertainment for festival goers.

The latest additions include new comedians in the Comedy Arena there's Simon Day, Scott Capurro, Hans Teeuwen, and Milton Jones added to the line-up.

The Literary Arena has added journalist and comedian Mark Steel to the acts mixing spoken word and comedy. Sam Brown will be joined by Donal Coonan and Sally Phillips in the Cabaret Arena for How To Play The Ukulele In Under An Hour and also announced for that arena are female comedy trio Trippplicate.

The latest additions to the Theatre Arena include the National Theatre New Connections who present Abi Morgan's Fugee. The Royal Shakespeare Company who present work by Anthony Neilson and Adriano Shaplin. The Lyric Hammersmith present Cartoon de Salvo, and work from writers Lisa Asagi, Stacy Makishi and Jack Russell. There will also be 7 short plays by the famed American playwright Christopher Durang titled Durang Durang.

The last area to have new additions is On The Lake which will host Sadler's Wells featuring Wayne McGregor/Random Dance, Gaure Sharma Tripathi and Blue Boy Entertainment. Music director Quee MacArthur and choreographer Natasha Gilmore will be bringing their fusion of contemporary dance, comedy and rock / pop music The Blank Album which features live guitars, fiddle, cello, percussion, voice and a cast of dance musicians.

They are the latest additions to an extensive bill of acts headlined by Franz Ferdinand, Sigur Ros, and Interpol with other acts like Julian Cope, Martha wainwright, British Sea Power, Blondie, Death Cab For Cutie, Seasick Steve, Crystal Castles, Elbow, The Breeders, Amadou And Mariam, and M.I.A. But of course, Latitude is so much more than a music festival. This year's Latitude has the involvement of BAFTA in the Film and Music Arena; a comedy line-up including Omid Djalili, Ross Noble, Frankie Boyle, Rich Hall and Simon Amstell in the Comedy Arena.

The Literary Arena is packed full of top authors including Simon Armitage, Hanif Kureishi and Iain Banks as well as Latitude favourites Vox ‘N’ Roll, WordTheatre and Marcus Brigstocke's The Early Edition.

A weekend ticket is priced at £130 and children under thirteen are free, but need tickets. Friday, Saturday or Sunday day tickets are available priced at £55. Lockers are available for £15 with built in mobile charging facilities using car cigarette lighter fittings. A standard campervan pass is £10 (Standard Green campsite) purchasers must have 'Standard' weekend camping tickets. A family campervan Pass costs £10 - (Family Purple Campsite) and the buyer must have 'Family' weekend camping tickets.

This year there will be a dedicated family campsite, for families with children under 13 (who can attend for FREE) within the public camping area and also a family campervan area within family camping.
