Tickets £25

Loop the one-day music and digital art festival spread across four specially created performance areas in the heart of Brighton taking place on Saturday 16th August at Victoria Gardens, Brighton, East Sussex has announced more acts for the line-up.

The new announcements include Cut Copy who will be joined by Brighton bands Cagedbaby, and The Bays. Glasgow based Errors have also been added to the bill playing in the Limits arena.

The recent closures and sales of a number of Brighton venues has meant that organisers have had difficulty locating the Loop Late part of the event. A number of acts have been confirmed for Loop Late. These include Andy Weatherall, Daedelus, Bonobo, Longrange, Nathan Fake, and DFA's Shit Robot.

They join the likes of Adem, Four Tet, New Young Pony Club, These New Puritans, Micachu, Primary 1, The Shoes, Midfield General, New Young Pony Club, Holy Fuck, Caribou, The Nostalgia 77 Octet, Peggy Sue And The Pirates, Fulborn Teversham and Planning To Rock are already confirmed, with many more acts to be announced shortly. They are billed alongside experimental leftfield acts, all complemented by innovative art with VJs, films and animation. For the line-up details as available please click here.

The seaside city will host a selection of bands and DJs alongside an abundance of cutting edge digital art and culture. After the site closes down in the day, the event morphs into LoopLate which has DJs and live performance around Brighton until the early hours.

Loop festival will be spread across four areas: the Hub and Futures tents in the main arena will play host to the most prominent acts, while Limits will provide an internal space for the more leftfield and experimental artists. Finally, artists known primarily for their electronic work will be displaying their mellower, even acoustic side in the intimate Loop Garden.

The programme will also include other aspects of digital culture, including animation, film, dance, theatre and installations, as well as VJ performances throughout the day.

Tickets are priced at £25, to buy tickets click here.
