Festival Director, Geoff Ellis said of this year's event which happened last weekend, "From the moment Newton Faulkner played the first notes on the main stage on Friday, the atmosphere at T in the Park 2008 has been incredible. The weather and of course, the music has kept the crowd in high spirits and the Healthy T area was a brilliant success."
"There were over 180 acts playing over the weekend so it's always hard to pick just a few, but The Verve, Kings Of Leon, White Lies, Biffy Clyro, MGMT, Rage Against The Machine, The Fratellis, The Enemy and REM all drew amazing crowds and some of the biggest cheers. Amy Winehouse put on a great show on the main stage and we even had two renditions of Valerie within two hours as The Zutons played on the Radio 1/NME Stage."
