Vince Power, the organiser of The Hop Farm Festival, has confirmed it will return in 2009 as a major three day event running from Friday 3rd to Sunday 5th July. The festival which is held at the Hop Farm Country Park, Kent had Neil Young as headliner last year.
Hop Farm is set in 400 acres of unspoilt Kent countryside, and was once a working and now one of Kent's most popular tourist attractions in the Garden of England. This event prides itself as having no VIP area, so everyone has the same experience, there's no registration, no sponsorship, and no branding.
The organisers promise that there will be a unique camping experience in place, which they say will be the envy of all other festivals.
The Hop Farm Festival will have numerous stages, as well as some alternative festival shenanigans including celebrity 5-a-side football.
Tickets prices have not yet been confirmed and are not yet on sale.
