The Killers have been announced as main stage headliners at T in the Park.
In 2005 lead singer Brandon Flowers joined New Order onstage for a collaboration of the song 'Crystal'. Their latest album 2008's 'Day and Age' has earned the band two nominations at tonight's NME Awards, and after this evening's award ceremony The Killers join Coldplay to play a joint gig in aid of War Child at London's Shepherds Bush Empire.
Expect a line-up of around 180 artists to play over 11 stages at Balado, Scotland on Friday 10th to Sunday 12th July. Just a few acts are confirmed so far: Blur, Kings of Leon, Snow Patrol, Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds, Katy Perry, Razorlight, Elbow, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Pendulum, Peter Doherty, and White Lies. More acts are expected to be announced soon.
Tickets are not yet on sale.
