Transglobal Undergroundhave been added to this year's Larmer Tree Festival line-up.

Transglobal Underground, the UK-based collective will be performing on the Saturday of the festival. The band who fuse together as many different kinds of world music together as its members can get their hands on return to the festival for the first time since their performance at Larmer Tree in 2007. The headliners for Saturday is still to be announced.

Aslo confirmed today are RSVP who will also be bringing their Bhangra beats with a twist to the line-up on the Friday 17th July.

Larmer Tree happens from Wednesday 15th until Sunday 19th July at Larmer Tree Gardens, on the Wilts./Dorset border.

The acts confirmed for 2009 include: Jools Holland and the Rhythm & Blues Orchestra with Dave Edmunds playing on the Wednesday, and Richard Thompson headlining on the Thursday. Other artists include Shantel & Bucovina Club Orkestar (headlining the Friday), The Imaged Village (headlining Sunday) Dreadzone, Pama International, Tinderbox, The Travelling Band, The Hats, Moon Music Orchestra, David Celia, Mawkin:Causley, The Shee, Megson, Hobo Jones & the Junkyard Dogs, Edward II, The Ukulele Orchestra Of Great Britain, Hot Club of Cowtown, The Teak Project, and more. Tickets are now on sale, priced at £177 for 5 days, £144 for 4 days, £115 for 3 days, and day tickets priced at £37 to £57 dependant on day. To buy online, click here. The ticket price includes camping for the night(s) of the date(s) of a ticket. Tickets have sold out for the past 14 years.
