Green Velvet, and 2manydjs for T in the Park

Green Velvet, and 2manydjs have been confirmed to appear at Scotland's T in the Park.

Green Velvet makes his return to the Slam Tent on Saturday 11th July. The electronic producer (who also goes under the moniker of Cajmere) has previously worked on singles 'Flash' and 'Answering Machine' as well as the more recent 'Shake and Pop'.

Also appearing in the Slam Tent over the weekend are Belgian brothers Stephen and David Dewaele - better known as 2manydjs who will bring their trademark mash-up sound to the T in the Park faithful. also playing on the Sunday will be Tiga showcasing some of his Soulwax produced sounds.

Further additions to the bill have been announced with Starsailor, The Dykeenies, and La Roux also confirmed for the festival.

T in the Park will play host to over 180 acts including headliners Kings of Leon, The Killers, Blur, Snow Patrol, and the following The Specials, Franz Ferdinand, Bloc Party, Manic Street Preachers, Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds, Katy Perry, Razorlight, Elbow, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Pendulum, Peter Doherty, and White Lies. Tickets for T in the Park 2009 held over the weekend of Friday 10th to Sunday 12th July at Balado, Scotland were priced as follows:

A full weekend ticket (including Fri arena access) £170 - SOLD OUT
A full weekend with Thursday camping (Thurs - Sun) £180 - SOLD OUT
Saturday or Sunday Day Tickets (No Camping) £72.50
Saturday and Sunday Combined Ticket (No Camping) £145
Parking tickets which must be bought in advance £17.50
Campervan ticket £100
Lockers (with phone chargers) £15

The campsite opens on Thursday 9th July which means you can take advantage of an extra day of festival fun with a Thursday camping ticket, which includes entertainment including the campsite cinema screen, and the fairground.

For the first time this year weekend day visitors can come to the Friday of the festival, but only provided that they buy a weekend coach ticket (no camping). The new three day ticket includes day access on Friday, Saturday and Sunday and three return Citylink journeys.
