A new DJ project by stars of The Mighty Boosh, Filthy Dukes (DJ set), Dan Le Sac vs Scroobius Pip, and The Xcerts, are amongst the latest additions confirmed for next month's Macmillan's Brick Lane Takeover.

The newly confirmed acts playing to help raise £30,000 for Macmillan Cancer Support include The Mighty Boosh's Noel Fielding and Dave Brown who are set to debut their new act The Doctor and The Pencil, whose institution released this statement:
"Two inmates of ours, Inmate No. 231 'The Doctor' & Inmate No. 232 'The Pencil' are very much looking forward to their evenings release to The Macmillan Brick Lane Takeover for DJ and music therapy. Please return them back to The Sunnyvale Institution for the Criminally Insane once they are done..."
The latest additions confirmed for the line-up also include Filthy Dukes (DJ set), Dan Le Sac vs Scroobius Pip, The Xcerts, Blackhole, 12 Dirty Bullets, Spy Catcher, Magic & Fur, The Dead Formats, Dave House, and Lillis.

Previously confirmed acts for the 12 hour event happening in Brick Lane in East London on Thursday 13th August, include Frank Turner, Jersey Budd, Telegraphs, Eight Legs, The Attika State, Bright Light Bright Light, The Citadels, AThe Chapman Family, Danny and The Champions of the World, The Furbelows, Futurecop!, Sam Isaac, The King Hats, DJ Brendan Long, Outcry Collective, The RGB's, Rogues, The Shackletons, and Sleepercurve.

The all-dayer kicks off at 12 noon. One wristband will give fans access to live music.
