Bloodstock Open Air are offering bands the opportunity to be part of the Bloodstock experience and find unsigned artists to rock out on the Unsigned Stage at Bloodstock 2010. Plus one lucky Bloodstock ticket holder will walk away from the 2010 festival with a prize valued at £10,000.
The Metal 2 The Masses competition to find the best in breakthrough and unsigned metal bands is offering the opportunity for a breakthrough act to play at Bloodstock alongside in front of thousands, and then play Wacken 2011. The winner will also get the opportunity of recording, printing and pressing an EP courtesy of Spinefarm Records UK along with a unique design for the EP courtesy of the master of Metal Artwork - Paul Gregory. Heaps of Rockstar Energy Drinks, and mountains of backline from the likes of Mapex, Eden, Marshall and more.

Further to this Bloodstock will be celebrating their 10th Anniversary by giving the chance for one lucky Bloodstock fan to win a prize valued at no less than £10,000 with additional opportunities to win being announced soon. The prize is in support of Bloodstock's commitment to Unsigned Bands and to thank all the festival's supporters over the last 10 years.

Bloodstock will take place from Friday 13th until Sunday 15th August 2010 at Catton Hall, Walton-on-Trent, in South Derbyshire. As well as the international heavy metal bands across three stages, Bloodstock offers a large selection of merchandise stalls, metal karaoke, a campsite and a wide selection of food and bars.
Early bird tickets are available until Christmas and include camping priced at £89.95 for adults and £39.95 for children, and £30 for a campervan ticket, and £10 for a car parking pass. Day tickets are expected to be on sale at a later date. To buy tickets, click here.
