GuilFest is a great laid-back festival offering a multitude of different musical styles with classic and modern acts, plus entertainment, children's area, art and crafts, and a truly festive atmosphere.

Unlike some other festivals, you can immediately feel that this festival is being run to give everyone a great time, rather than to get rich quick!

There are no acts confirmed yet for 2010, however the acts are always quality, so there's more enjoyment to be got from the bands than you might expect and there's also some great late night entertainment. GuilFest 2009 was one of only a handful of UK Festivals which grew their audience in a shrinking economy. Saturday’s bill, featuring Brian Wilson was a complete sell-out, while overall ticket sales increased by more than 20%.

Expect a great weekend of live music, comedy in the eFestivals comedy tent, children's entertainment, street theatre, art and crafts, delicious food from around the world. There will also be a late licensed 150 foot beer tent and cocktail bar, an extensive KidZone and lots of clean toilets throughout the site and camping areas.

The Kidzone features fun and games, with circus performances, face painting, and fun rides. On the Sunday it's over to the children for the annual Kids Parade, where the children get to show the rest of the festival what they have made over their weekend.

eFestivals is again proud to be a sponsor of GuilFest in 2010, as part of our commitment to put 10% of our turnover back into festivals.
