T in The Park organiser Geoff Ellis said exclusively to eFestivals in an interview, "Well, if our polls are correct, I think there will be a loud cheer that would only be topped by Kasabian belting out some of their songs from the main stage. I think, certainly amongst british bands that they're the band that people want to see as much as anyone else. They're a perfect fit for the T in the Park crowd, and will go down tremendously well." The seventeenth T in the Park will be back at Balado in 2010 from Friday 9th to Sunday 11th July with festival goers able to expect a line-up of around 180 artists to play over 11 stages. There are no other acts confirmed yet for 2010.
The festival offers a huge variety of music across seven main stages with large camping areas, as well as other attractions, including a large funfair, comedy tent, silent disco, stalls, and food markets.
