tickets on sale for Summer Sundae Weekender

Early bird tickets for Summer Sundae Weekender held at De Montfort Hall, in Leicester are on sale now for the festival which is confirmed as happening from Friday 13th to Sunday 15th August 2010.

Early-bird Tickets are available until the 31st March priced from £95 for one adult to £250 for a family of four (2 adults, 2 children), and early bird weekend disabled ticket (two for one) is priced at £47.50, an early bird child (aged 5-15 years) is priced at £35, and under 5s go for free. Day tickets and other options will be available a later date.

Camping tickets are per person, not per tent, an adult camping ticket will be priced at £8.50, a child camping ticket will be priced at £4.25, quiet or family camping will be priced at £10 (Regents College), and child family camping will be priced at £5 (Regents College), with camper vans and caravans tickets priced at £30.

Past headliners have included Belle and Sebastian, Patti Smith, The Charlatans and The Magic Numbers while always keeping its finger firmly on the pulse of what's fresh, new and earmarked acts for the bigtime. In years gone by Amy Winehouse, Kate Nash, Jamie T, Hot Chip, Editors and Kasabian have all appeared on the Summer Sundae Weekender stage during the early stages of their careers.
