The acts on the BBC website also includes Ellie Goulding, Empire of the Sun, Erol Alkan, Faithless, Fake Blood, Florence And The Machine, Four Tet, Goldfrapp, Gossip, Hot Chip,Jay-Z, John Mayer, La Roux, Mayer Hawthorne and The County, Mumford & Sons, Newton Faulkner, Paolo Nutini, and Richie Hawtin presenting Plastikman Live.
The ream of new acts also includes Rise Against, Skunk Anansie, Slam, Stereophonics, The Cribs, The Coral, The Courteeners, The Proclaimers, The Prodigy, The Stranglers, The Temper Trap, The View, Two Door Cinema Club, Vampire Weekend, and Wolfmother.
Geoff Ellis, the Festival Director, said, "Our line-up is already undeniably strong and diverse this year and we've still got lots more up our sleeves to announce. Shaping the bill for Scotland's finest and favourite festival is an absolute honour and I can't wait for July 8th when the campsite gates open for the Thursday night campers and the party begins in true T in the Park style. I'm delighted with our artist announcements and hope the T in the Park audience has another great weekend to remember!"
Early bird tickets for this year sold out within hours of their release, and whilst overall capacity has not been increased from this year's 85,000, it has been agreed for campsite to have an increased capacity, allowing 5,000 more people to camp at the festival.
T in the Park will happen at Balado from Friday 9th to Sunday 11th July with festival goers able to expect a line-up of around 180 artists to play over 11 stages. Kasabian are the only act previously confirmed for 2010.
Saturday and Sunday combined tickets are priced at £150, a weekend camping (including Friday arena access) ticket is priced at £180, car park tickets which must be bought in advance are priced at £17.50, and a Thursday camping upgrade is priced at £10. A campervan tickets is £110, and car parking is proiced at £17.50. Day tickets will be priced at £65 for Friday, and £75 for Saturday or Sunday.
Tickets will be on sale at 9am on Friday 26th February, and eFestivals will have links to buy them then.
