Kings of Leon, and The Chemical Brothers are the first acts to be announced for Rock Werchter 2011.

Kings of Leon will headline the Main Stage on Friday 1st July, and have played at Rock Werchter previously in 2007, 2008, and 2009.

The Chemical Brothers will be the closing dance-act on the Main Stage on the first night, Thursday 30th June.

Belgium's biggest rock festival takes place in the small village of Werchter in Rotselaar, Belgium, from Thursday 30th June to Sunday 3rd July 2010.

Ticket prices have not yet been confirmed and will go on sale next Saturday, 4th December. .
